Actress Jennifer Aniston has a rigorous workout routine that starts at five in the morning. She does intense exercises early in the day, even on days when she has work commitments. Aniston follows a specific morning routine which includes drinking hot water with a slice of lemon before heading to her workout. She trains with a female instructor who leads her in a spin-yoga class. They start with half an hour of spinning and then move on to 40 minutes of yoga. Aniston says it is a pretty intense workout.
Afterwards, I head to the gym to switch up my workouts with strength training or cardio on the treadmill, bike, or elliptical. According to my interview with Well + Good, my typical post-workout meal is a protein shake mixed with bananas, blueberries, frozen cherries, stevia, a blend of dynamic greens, maca powder, and cacao. If I’m not in the mood for a shake, I’ll opt for poached eggs and avocado on toast or millet cereal with almond milk and bananas which is delicious and can be served hot during the winter season.
